With friends, we wanted to do a little 450km bike trip, and we needed something to carry our stuff. So it was a good excuse to start building à trailer !
It was made using recycled parts :
- Silentbloc for the suspension
- BMX parts
- Universal joint
- Iron tubes from a lawnmower
- Iron grid from old industrial machines
Some tricky parts like the seatpost fixation was made by my neighboor at his work.

Suspension system
Finally the trailer made 450 km in 5 days loaded with 20kg. The behavior was excellent and it was really easy to drive it in singletracks.
